Middle school students from Howard Connect and high school students from STEM School Chattanooga are teaming up to host a Toy Hacking event to benefit Signal Centers, Inc. The toys will be adapted to better suit individuals with disabilities and the elderly with larger buttons that are easier to manipulate. Students from these two local Fab Labs are inviting members of the community to come to learn how to adapt electronic toys by soldering and completing circuits. All supplies are provided.
